lot of reveiws said these were wrinkled and not shape right .I took a chance and im GLAD I DID I PUT CARDBOARD INSIDE TO SHAPE UP LET THEM FOR A FEW DAYS MOST OF IT SHAPED PERFECTLY YOU CAN LEAVE OR REMOVE CARDBOARD I LEFT THE BOTTOMS .PLENTY OF STRAPS TO KEEP SECURE. AND A REMOVABLE TOP BAG WITH SHOULDER STRAP. THE WHOLE BAG COMES OFF FAIRLY QUICK IF YOU WANT CARRY IN AND THAT HAS A HANDLE STRAP TO CARRY 🔥

The zipper components broke on 2 seperate bags. the straps are good and handles a lot of items. basically have to fill it for it to be sturdy!!

The overall fit of this bag once installed onto my 5th Wheel 27.5" e-bike was excellent. It fit over the rear rack I already had, and the panniers landed well on my wheel guards. The fabric was quite dense and tough. It was water-resistant to the level that would prevent me from toting two big pockets of water wound in a heavy downpour. The setup was intuitive, and I had the bag installed inn less than five minutes. So why am I returning this bag? There is a critical failure in the engineering of this bag. I can deal with or even fix many things, and this bike was great in every category except one. It's one that I cannot fix. The volume of the panniers was impressive. I easily fit two spare batteries and roughly $150 of groceries (about 25 items) without a problem. That is, until it came time to close the compartments. Each compartment has a zippered closure, which is not uncommon. What is less common is to design a bag so well and offer it at this price point. How did they do this? By using cheap, low-quality zippers. Upon trying to pull one shut, it resisted. I supported the pannier and pulled; the closer deformed and the pull detached. Worse still, the zipper was halfway closed when this occurred, but the closed teeth behind the closer's progress also separated. These zippers were difficult to close with two hands when carrying a load. One handed closure would be an impossibility. The identical failure occurred on the opposite large compartment. The detachable bag hasn't had the zipper failure; but it is very hard to close unless the teeth are nearly perfectly parallel. Ideally this would always be the case, but we all know this world of ours is far from ideal. I can fix a lot, and this bag would have been worth it. However, I cannot, without great effort and expense, replace the five sets of zippers that are a dealbreaker in this system. This is my second zipper failure from two different manufacturers. Let's hope the third time's a charmed one. I do not recommend this bag due to zipper failure.

Bottom of bag gave out and tore.

honestly I was excited about having a third bag only to realize how cheap the material is really upsetting. the mesh zipper broke within two users and on top of that when the saddle bags arrived the second clip for the shoulder strap on the third bag was missing on arrival I could not find it anywhere in the packaging. honestly as soon as I used the clips when I bought an extra strap it ripped off the attachment end of the bag and all I had in the bag was a simple. hoodie and a regular 300 page paper bound book. it's okie for the price just don't expect to much for it.

first thing it arrived late then you tried charging me twice for it my bank blocked it. then when i got it it is missing a convection strap for the top compartment then i looked at the stitching they where lose and some parts hanging on by a thread litterly! i will be returning this item

I never got the item . the driver text me and said he couldn't find the address.
