Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, 10 oz

Rotel brand is the best most consistent and best tasting product of its kind. The mild version has just the right balance of flavor and heat that makes it just right for use with many recipes calling for diced tomatoes and green chilies. Many store brands are comparable, but rarely equal in terms of flavor profile. I find it works great in Cajun, rice, or casserole dishes. Can't go wrong with Rotel.

If you're like me and can't take the heat, this mild version is a perfect blend. We use it in black bean soup and other soups that call for tomatoes. Adds the spices so you don't have to figure them out yourself. Does that make me lazy?

I bought this I think it's cheaper than the bottom sauce and I just poured over whatever I'm needing. I usually get the very hot. I'm just starting to use this instead of the bottled in the refrigerator.
