This grill is huge! So much cooking space! It is perfect when grilling for a crowd. It puts out a nice even heat, making it quick and simple to cook the food. Haven't had a chance to use the sear feature yet. We've cooked chicken, burgers and pork chops on it and they've cooked up perfectly. I highly recommend this grill.
This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. He's been grilling dinner just about every day since we got it. His brother helped him with the assembly, they had no issues. It fires right up and cooks great. We're very happy with this purchase.
Bought as a house warming gift, looks great, everything as expected the high heat side works great. Highly recommend
Thought it would take a year to assemble. Only took 2 hrs. Assembled beautiful and grills like a champ. Love my new royal gourmet. And the price was great. $429.00 delivered to my door. And I can grill a ton of food. Incredible grill!
Assembly will take some time, it took me a good 4hrs, but the product over all is great. I would suggest 2men to carry it out of the box, follow the instructions carefully.

Bought for my husband. Quality is good for the price. It's replacing a Weber genesis .. it's definitely not as solid as that but still a good grill. The directions it comes with are garbage though, very confusing. All pictures no words. Parts are not together in the box so you're searching for the pieces that have to go together.
Grill overall is good. The lid is not as thick as older ones. Igniter works well and knobs are nice and easy to use.
This arrived in a damaged box. Left in the rain for hours. The grill was packed very well. Some of the parts were slightly damaged. The igniter was packed up inside where the controlls are. Half of the wires were unplugged that lights the burners. It took about 30 minutes to figure that out since it wouldn't light. Took 3 emails and 1 phone call to get the igniter ordered. Customer service isn't great.
I ordered this grill for my classroom and we paid extra for the assembly. The assembler put everything together and the grill was damaged and was missing the ignitor. I called to see if I can get the missing part and Walmart wanted me to disassemble the grill that I paid to have put together and ship it back since they could not have one part sent to me.
