I've been using this product for years
I've been using this product for years. I would recommend this product to friends because it is a VERY WELL MADE mop & it cleans my floors without streaks. I love it & I'm so happy I found your company for my mop head refills!

Needs to be designed better.
The sponge itself is fine, but it gradually pulls out of the holder while using, making it completely worthless. Need a better design.

The sponge comes loose out of the metal and falls apart. I bought 3 and each one did the same thing
