Rubbermaid EZ Step Folding 2-Step Stool, White

I bought it because of the positive reviews, but was expecting it to be smaller and more flimsy. What a nice surprise- it is made of heavy duty material, is well made, has nice, wide surfaces on which to stand, and is very stable and safe. It is larger and more substantive that I thought it would be.

This step stool is sturdy and stable, easy to fold for storage and can double as a chair if needed. It's a workhorse… I had one for years, it disappeared on a recent job site, so this one replaces it. This is great also when washing my SUV, no worries about tipping over and scratching the vehicle but it is also very stable on an inclined driveway.

It's light but very sturdy. I love how it stands on it's own when it's folded. It's a little too cumbersome for my 3-yr-old to use it herself, but my 6-yr-old loves it and can open it and put it away himself. I like that it's taller than a standard stool, and I can use it to reach the tops of my cabinets.

This is the second one I have purchased and am just as pleased as I was with the first. It is very light weight yet very sturdy. The top step is wide enough for you to feel comfortable standing on it., I have never had a problem with the first one I just moved it to the camper. I use it instead of the steps that are on the camper. The stool is more stable and easier to use. Just fold them up set inside camper and off you go! I just wish Wal-Mart would carry these in the store again. They have a very reasonable price and are so handy to have in the house. They would sell a lot more of them is they would put back in the store!

Bought this step stool to replace a 3 step aluminum step ladder. I never liked standing on the aluminum ladder next to my truck, it was unstable and I knew one slip up and there's a nice scratch. This step stool is stable, has a nice platform and seems to be very well made. I highly recommend this product.

I actually purchased this step stool for my daughter, I've had one for years and when she got her own apartment this is the only one she wanted. We like it because it's so sturdy and simple to fold and unfold - no button or levers to push or pull. I was surprised at how hard it was to find, was afraid it had been discontinued.

But I'm not sure that it works for the purpose that I purchased it for. With our high bathroom vanities our toddler needs a good two step stool so that he can use to wash his hands independently. This stool is high enough and collapses aonit doesn't take up a bunch of room when not in use BUT A) I wish that the steps were at a slant so that the top step were closer to the cabinet when opened and from the pics you can see that there is a gap between the ladder and the vanity. B) it's not very easy to open. So I still have to open and close it for our toddler every time he needs it. Overall, as a step ladder it's good, sturdy, light weight and has a clean look but like I said for my purpose I'm not sure it works.

It is a great step, strong and sturdy. Mine was an Online purchase and sadly it came without a a cap on one foot.

I got this for my toddler to use and he loves it, can now reach the sink and things he shouldn't get on the counters. It also is nice that it folds for easy storing. Only complaint (why I didnt give 5 stars) is that mine came missing one of the black grippy feet on the bottom.
