I started meal prepping. These are the perfect size for my overnight oats and snack! Highly recommend! Microwave and dishwasher safe! Go for it!
Excellent product. Perfect size for many various things, and top locks very well. Is not meant to be a cooking dish, but can heat up, micro a little in it. Good size for a bowl of cereal or micro a few minutes in it, or cookie stash hide. Its a handy thing. Is hard to keep hold of. People will want to take some food in it to their home, then you not see it again. So is a good thing its cost is low for a 4-pack of these.
These are really nice for leftovers and a lot better. Try some Tupperware. They really come in handy and I really love them. You use them in the microwave. It's easy for storage and stack them on top of each other and if somebody takes them to work or something, I'll bring them back. You're not losing a five or six dollar bowl
These are exactly what you need to preserve leftovers for next day or some day consumption. They are wonderfully durable and leak free when transporting soup or other foods. I'm happy they work in a freezer too!
These containers are perfectly sized and they store very well in the fridge. They also microwave pretty well, however they are prone to staining when food containing tomato sauce is microwaved in them. The texture of the plastic containers is very smooth, and almost feels oiled. Overall, I like the versatility, durability and value of these containers. They are used almost every day. Thank you so much for the good product.
If you use these for cold things then they have only one drawback. Being plastic. If you reheat things in your microwave it will buckle on the side. It can be pushed back out but I have to question safety if it buckles. They wash well and seal well. I don't wash these in a dishwasher. They stack well. Best for storing cold or dry foods that do not need a microwave. I buy them to store lots of different things. I use them for a long time. If I microwave in one, then it is washed and recycled.
Not microwave safe. These melt and no one should put them in the microwave and they should not be advertised as such. They also become very brittle in when used for the freezer, several have cracked. I am not sure that eating food stored in these after microwaving or freezing is safe.
i found one lid missing
Started with 4 containers, down to one. One container none of the lids would fit on, now two have cracked, one when serving some leftovers out of and one when I was warming up in microwave. Very poor quality! First Rubbermaid I have purchased in a while, won't be purchasing more anytime soon.
Would not recommend and will not buy again. I got rid of all of my plastic storage containers, it's not worth it. Microwaving plastic containers, including those labeled "microwave-safe," can release millions of micro- and nanoplastic particles per square centimeter into your food. A 3-minute session can release up to 4.22 million microplastics and 1.2 billion nanoplastics. Get some glass containers, they are similar to the same price. They don't last as long as glass (so long as you don't break it). Plastic usually cracks, then leak, but lids are usually tight and seal good.
