Ruffles Original Potato Chips, Party Size, 13.5 oz Bag

Have purchased multiple times. One time they weren't packed right and got crushed but jets refunded me with out difficulty! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

These are in my estimation the best POTATO chips, period. Better than any of those flavored potato chips (well...except maybe for the Kettle Salt and Vinegar flavor, which are also really good) Go great with any decent-tasting dip. Cheese dip. French onion dip. Spinach dip. Whatever. Good crunch. Strong potato flavor. Plenty of salt. These are just great chips.

I have noticed the weight is going down, and the bag will pressure up and pop open. I put a few bags in my truck, just driving down the road and the normal vibration of driving causes the bags to pop open, sometimes the top, and a few times the bottom pops open and all the chips empty into the storage cabinet.

Greasy but good. Better item to buy in the store not have delivered. Although it was in a plastic bag the main bag still popped open and most of the chips were crushed. I didn't ask for a refund because I had ordered other heavy items with it so I consider that to be my own fault

My chips were busted open and were spilled out in the box. Otherwise everything else was okay. I love the delivery service from you. Always on time if not before and if any delays there is always notification of the delay. Great service!!! Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

The chips are great, as we all know. This delivery guy left them sitting at the front door of my huge apartment building… No box or address label on it… Just left the bag of chips sitting out there for the homeless to pick up. Not that I mind feeding the homeless, but I do enjoy eating them as well and I'd like to receive my orders. If you live in the apartment building, don't buy food from here. The ignorance…

One of the bags was busted all over the box and the other one looked like someone sat on it.

the DELIVERY WAS TERRIBLE!! MY CHIPS WERE OPEND BY SOMEONE WHEN THEY PACKED THEM ON BOTTON OF THE BOX! THEY WERE ALL OVER THE BOX EVEN THE GREASE FROM THE CHIPS. I HAVE PICTURES. THE DORK WHO PACKED THIS BOX SHOULD BE FIRED! WHO PUTS CHIP ON THE BOTTOM AS ND WHO OPENS OTHER PEOPLES CHIPS. YOU COULD TELL THEY WERE PULLED OPEN BECAUSE IT WAS PERFECT. I'VE ASKED TO HAVE MY CHIPS REPLACED, HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD!!!!!!! can't upload pics their on my Husbands phone. thanks

I filled out the form to get this item refunded. This is one of several items from the last group of orders that came in damaged due to extremely poor packing. This item, Ruffles potato chips , was a busted bag and the box was filled with chips scattered over everything. I never received a refund on anything I reported or even hear from anyone. I have received open pickle jars, leaking molasses containers, crushed cereal boxes, many bent cans, and other damaged items. I use this system regularly and would like to know why my damaged merchandise is never dealt with. It just gets lost in the cracks. please respond. N. H.
