This Rugby pain relieving cream is the best I have ever used. I am a senior citizen with arthritis.

This is the only pain relieving cream that actually works for me. I've tried so many creams and if they work, they are so strong they burn my skin. Rugby works, doesn't burn and is the only cream I will buy.

VERY GOOD
I USED THERA-GESIC FOR YEARS UNTIL IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO IT THAT I HAVE FOUND.

This is the best pain cream ever! I will never use anything else I'm so glad I found this cream truely takes away the back pain!

inadequate filling of my order
The product I liked. What I did not like is that I ordered ONLY 2, and was sent sent 2 more and was also charged for a fifth tube. These came in 3 different mailings/packages. The last mailing/package DID NOT CONTAIN Rugby Maximum Strength Relieving but a Garnier Hair Gloss. I decided on accept the two extra tubes of pain cream, but had to go to my local Walmart to try to get credit for the third shipment. This was a very messy way of handling my order. Will make me think twice before ordering the product, though I do like the product.

Received wrong item
I received the wrong product, glucose 15 instead of rugby, maximum strength, pain, relieving cream! I've really been wanting to try this. I guess I still won't get to.

Didn't Get My Order
Lost in transit..Wanted a replacement...I got the run arounds with Walmart associates...one said yes i will do a replacement and other one associate did a refund without asking me if i wanted a replacement...miscommunication through Walmart end. Very disappointed. I used to get the original Thera-gesic cream and somehow its either discontinued or not making it anymore. Works great on my back. Seen this cream which has the same ingredients as Thera-gesic. I wanted to try it and unfortunately this happened. The Thera-gesic cream is very hard to find...
