Good
DIDNT think it would cover much but it did cover a large area. Dried clear and shiny , no problems. For “step 1” I used my own paint and then got this product

Great outcome
I needed to redo the tile in my bathroom. The tiles are all intact just discolored from age, I used this two part system and it looks so much better without me having to spend a small fortune.

I painted tile flooring on the bathroom. It is a multi-step process. Lots of time ! Im a month in to the floor being painted and it still looks good . No chips or discoloration. All in all Im happy worh the results

doesn't have the advertised coverage
make sure you check the manufacturer's information and not the third party sellers information. third-party seller information says it covers up to 400 ft, it covers less than a tenth of that. the manufacturer's website has the accurate information
