Ryse is a very good product, but I can't say exactly if it is better or worse than other creatines I have taken. It does the job well enough where I feel that I can endure a tough workout and recover well. My muscle mass, though, I do not notice the increase much if I didn't use it or not. Overall, though, with the price and the amount you get to go along with it helping me get through a workout I think it is worth the investment.

The serving size made me buy this, its the same creatine from any other competitor tho, and the benefits are the same, but the serving size and price is better than most.

if you take recommended amount, it can cause bloating so maybe go half in the morning and half another time to reduce bloating.

Doesn't dissolve in cold water or hot water, makes smoothies gross and jello like. This Creatine powder had a moisture absorbing packet inside of the container , directly in the Creatine powder. When I felt the packet it had tiny beads inside and if it was to break , I would have consumed it and not even noticed . I will never purchase this brand again.

The item came opened up. The seal was open and there were burn marks on it. It looked like it was used and then someone tried to melt the seal back on the container. Very disappointed and very concerning.
