I'm always weary about buying new protein flavors because they're usually hit or miss. . more often times miss. I usually find a flavor I like and stick to it. Well with Ryse I've learned that I can try whatever flavor and it will probably taste just like advertised. Shop with confidence friends, this is a good one.

Recently purchased the Lemon Cake protein powder. It's really good! Smells and tastes just like a lemon Bundt cake. Not too lemony or too sweet. It's quickly become a favorite flavor. I have several Ryse flavors I love, but this is definitely the best one so far.

RYSE Loaded Protein in Blueberry Muffin is easily one of the best-tasting protein powders I've tried. From the first sip, it delivers a sweet, authentic blueberry flavor with subtle notes of a freshly baked muffin rather than the artificial candy-like taste that many blueberry-flavored proteins have. The texture is smooth and creamy, mixing exceptionally well in both water and milk with very little clumping. In milk, the flavor becomes even richer and genuinely tastes like a blueberry muffin fresh out of the oven. It also works great in protein oatmeal, overnight oats, pancakes, and Ninja Creami recipes. Nutritionally, each serving provides 25 grams of protein from a blend of whey isolate and whey concentrate, along with added prebiotic fiber and MCTs to support digestion and recovery. The protein is filling without feeling heavy, making it a great option for post-workout recovery or as a high-protein snack throughout the day. The only minor drawback is that the flavor is on the sweeter side, which may not appeal to everyone. However, if you enjoy dessert-inspired protein powders, this is a major positive. most of the flavors were awesome. the blueberry muffin awesome 11 out of 10 . the vanilla icecream 9 out of 10. the little debbie strawberry shortcake 10 out of 10. my wife loves the mint chocolate chip not a flavor i want to try myself. the one i was dissapoionted in was the lemon cake it is good but compared to the flavor of the others i found the lemon flavor weak.

I've tried quite a few different types of protein powder, but I think Ryse has by far been the best one yet. It always mixes easily, tastes good, and does NOT give me a stomache like other powders. I use it mainly in yogurt bowls, and occasionally as a Ninja Creami (which I recommend both of them as they do very well). Overall, very good quality protein in my opinion and I will continue to buy the different flavors (the strawberry shortcake is my favorite so far).

I don't ever leave reviews, but This stuff impressed me. Blueberry muffin flavor I was expecting to be my least favorite and it's great. Everything tastes exactly like what it claims. The only thing to note is the Oreo flavor tastes like only the cookie of a Oreo not the filling at all. And the cinnamon toast is a bit sweet for me so I add more milk.

I will admit, I didn't expect the lemon pound cake to be as good as it was. Despite the poundcake in the name, I was really just expecting a big tart lemon flavor and nothing else, but I was wrong, as the flavor is balanced very well and you really do get the poundcake in the taste along with the lemon. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is while I was eating it in a Creami, I was left wanting the lemon to be SLIGHTLY stronger than it was. Regardless, this is a really good flavor and I look forward to finishing the tub. To anyone reading this - purchase this with confidence

Not as much lemon flavor as I was hoping for. It tastes more like vanilla with a hint of lemon. The worst part is the packaging it came in. It absolutely reeked like an ashtray. I brought the package inside and left it by the front door. Later that day, I went to get it to bring upstairs and the entryway had that awful smell. I opened the box and it came out stronger so I had to quickly take the empty box and its contents into the garage receptacle, but then my garage started to smell.

I'm not one to do bad reviews but the cosmic brownie flavor is just not good. The chocolate taste is chemically, the little sprinkle bits are useless in a shaker and bad for using in recipes, plus it's extra 20-30 calories over other flavors. The protein itself mixes well which is nice. Definitely going for a different flavor next time.

The protein itself is great and I'm happy with the quality of the product. The reason for my lower rating is the shipping experience. I never received any shipping confirmation or tracking information, so I had no idea when the package would arrive. I basically had to wait and hope it showed up. Better communication and tracking updates would make the overall customer experience much better.
