Best Energy Beverage
Ryse is the best for the protein and energy drinks and shakes. This is my favorite so far for the Post workout, which we prefer to the pre, it makes my son and I feel much better and gives us the boost we need to get things done.

Funky flavor
I thought this would be good because it is "Country Time Lemonade" flavor, but it has an off taste and is chalky. This is the first BCAA supplement I've purchased though, so I don't have any others to compare to.

I'm a big fan of Ryse protein and it tastes amazing so I decided to try their BCAA. Taste is not good. Stick with Optimum Nutrition.
