This tastes so incredibly okay, I don't have to dryscoop it. I can't actually drink it like a normal person. Mixes well with just a fork. Better than woke, total, and another one I don't remember. Highly recommend

I've been working out for a few years and have tried tons of pre workout. C4, bucked, beyond, etc. I like ryse a lot. No itching, gets energy and focus flowing before a workout and flavor is good enough

Flavor is good pre workout energy is great price is a little high

Generally have liked Ryse and their protein and some pre’s in the past but this one is just “intense focus” on wanting to puke when I go into the gym. Definitely isn’t it for me at least. Also mad pricey but then again so is every pre

There's no frills or thrills with this one. The flavor is ok, it kind of reminded me of cough syrup. The energy and pump it delivered didn't feel as clean and as good for you as other pre workout powders provide.

I ordered 2 of these - one tasted terrible and it had to be returned. The other was clumpy and did not taste normal but it was edible.

This makes my skin itch so bad. They say it's a side effect of the beta-alanine but I don't like it.

I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks, and I've had unbearable gas for a couple of weeks. Coincidence? Maybe. But I can say for certain that this product leaves a frothy bubbly feeling in my stomach. I can't recommend.
