Safer Home Flying Insect Trap, 1 Plug-In Fruit Fly Trap & 2 Glue Cards, 24/7 Catch

I purchased the Safer Home Indoor Fly Trap to trap and dispose of gnats. They plug in and emit a blue light glow which does a great job of attracting the gnats to the sticky card on the back of the plug in. I highly recommend this product, which I purchased from Wal-Mart. Five stars!

I purchased this brand along with the STEM brand due to pricing, i just wanted to compare because I had never used either one and as of late we have had a problem with fruit flies and gnats in our home assuming because the weather has gotten so warm lately, and I had been using the apple cider vinegar traps which were not working too well for some reason to my surprise after having both of these lights plugged up only for one night not even a full 24 hours, They blow were both plugged into the kitchen one on the right side and one on the left side, the stem brand had only caught one bug while this safer home brand had caught 19 bugs, both fruit flies and gnats! I've attached photos so you could see for yourself I will say there is a slight color difference between the two this safer home brand has more of a purplish black light color and the stem brand is more of a blue color light.. if you are familiar with the old school bug zappers that everybody used to have outside that would shock the bugs.. the safer brand has a light closer to the color that those bug zappers had. So maybe the bugs are more drawn to this color versus the blue I'm not sure but I will definitely be investing in more of this brand instead of the other.** be aware my photos I do have a picture of each product** just to show clearly how much better this brand has worked not even 24 hours later!

Soooo worth it!!! The first night only caught gnats. But left it there for several days (kinda forgot about it). And it had so many flies!! (See gross pic below). Highly recommend!

I like the sleek design, they’re not obtrusive on my wall and look great. Plus, they’re surprisingly effective; these things catch bugs I didn’t even know were in my house! Definitely a great product to keep plugged in around different areas of your home.

Skip buying the costlier zeevo and get this instead. This works and is way cheaper than other alternatives. Look at the photo this was within 24 hrs.

I haven't been seeing no gnats flying around in my room. So that's a plus there. And it lights up in the dark watch that's cool to.

While these work, the plug area takes up too much space, too large. In other words, it renders other outlets not usable (if you have multiple outlets on the same receptacle). If you have nothing else to plug in on the outlet, you are good!

I have all these obnoxious little gnats and they drive me absolutely nuts. I got this and it has help tremendously.

I purchased what was listed as a Safer Home Indoor Fly Trap from the seller DAnderson, but the product I received is a counterfeit. I own a genuine Safer Home trap, so I can confirm the differences. The fake version has no Safer Home logo on the unit itself and the overall design is slightly different. The biggest issue, however, is that it is completely ineffective. It does not attract or trap flies as the real product does. This is a fraudulent item being sold under a reputable brand name. I recommend avoiding this seller to ensure you get the genuine and working product you are paying for.
