It works
Some of the other brands cause me migraines this does not and it takes away my indigestion. This is my go to but haven't been able to find it for years. Glad I found it at Walmart.

These replace Alia-Seltzer
I was wondering why Alka-Seltzer was no longer helping me with heartburn in the evenings. Then I got the brilliant idea to go ahead and read the ingredients only to find out that Alka-Seltzer no longer contains sodium by carbonate. Which is the main ingredient for heartburn. It contains acetaminophen, which is basically Tylenol. So yes, if you have a headache, take Alka-Seltzer. If you have heartburn, however, or an upset stomach… You need these.

Not Alk Gold but does the job
Found Picot when Alka Seltzer Gold went off the market. Picot not the same, but helps. Does the job. Just wanted an antacid to add to water without painkillers in it. Why is that now so hard to find??
