I love this hot tub, I've had it for a year and despite the winter weather in Ohio, it has held up tremendously, the only issue is I am not looking for a new insert because ours deflated.
We have this set up for about four months now, when we first set it up after it except for a few days, I had an error code E02. I told my husband I think that’s because it’s sitting in the sun and we put a towel over it And that seemed to solve the problem. So now we really enjoy it and haven’t had any other problems since !
This hot tub was fairly easy to set up, however I don't recommend scanning the QR code for directions, it is just filled with nothing but adds before you can start the set up process, absolutely annoying. Just go to YouTube, there are plenty of helpful videos. This tub is a bubble jet, and it works well, it took about 8-9 hours to heat up to 100 degrees. I recommend excersise pads for the bottom to protect the vinyl, always keep the tub covered until use. There are no seats for this tub, I purchased a couple from Walmart, along with chlorine tabs and extra filters
It worked for about six months and then it started losing water. Had a hard time trying to keep the filter clean. We bought one two years ago from the same company and it lasted three years. This one hasn't lasted six months if I can return it I would do so.
I cannot look though the fact that days after I bought this hot tub from Walmart (Black Friday)……they sold it for $100 cheaper for cyber Monday. And after reaching out to them I was told it is their policy to not price match. Absolutely horrible as a customer who like everyone else in this country is financially struggling with a family! Shame on you Walmart!
Worked for exactly 1 week. Now, all I get is an error code E02. When I looked up what that code meant, it says that the water level is too low for the pump. However, the water level is above the minimum water line and below the maximum water line. The water level has NEVER dropped below the minimum water line and it just stopped working. We basically got to use it 5 times before is failed. What a piece of junk. I contacted Bestway, let's see what they do to remedy this.
Bought this product for my husband for Christmas. He filled it up, used it one time and then it wouldn’t hold temperature anymore. We thought maybe it had to do with cold temps outside so we kept it covered and plugged in until the spring. Same issue, kept saying Error so we called the company and it said warranty has expired and maybe try a new filter so we did that. That didn’t help so now we have a broken hot tub we only used once. Totally not worth money. The product looks nice, no leaks and over fits on nicely but if the product doesn’t work then they should replace it or refund money.
Absolutely do not buy this item. Received in November, and due to Midwest climate did not set up until April. It worked for two weeks. Then we battled with the company for two months to receive a replacement pump. Replacement pump was sent and still does not work. Reached out to Walmart for assistance and was told we had a two year warranty but they couldn’t do anything to help. Buyer beware! Very disappointed with customer service from Walmart and SaluSpa.
Do not buy. Like tons of other comments, i bought for a christmas present. We live in NY so it sat until about early May. Took it out of box, set up it, gor about 5 uses out of it before constant E02 code. Walmart couldnt help, past return. Out over $200 literally.
Used one time..will not stay on. Heat until would not run while Bubble Jets are on. Then unit will not operate at all now after one week of actual attempted operation. Replaced our other hot tub due to age. now the new one is not meeting expectation.
