There are Day capsules that don't make you sleepy and Night capsules that help you sleep They contain elderberry extract which helps with sore throat, congestion, and fatigue. They are also no artificial colors and flavors, which I like, and it doesn't cause any harsh effects like some other cold and flu meds can. It does have a slightly herbal aftertaste, which I didn't love, but it's not too overwhelming. I used it for my cold like symptoms and it seemed to help, but when my husband had the flu, it didn't seem to help as much.
