They're not excessively sweet in fact they're a little tart but in a good way. I don't like gummies that are sugar sugar sweet and these are perfect. It's kind of like a little treat you give yourself but you're also helping your body with the immunity. I really like that these also have vitamin C added to help with your immunity. These are chewy but not hard or overly chewy. They're also not sticky which I like that as well. Don't love that you have to take 3 - the bottle will go by super fast. It's a denser gummy closer to the chew of a swedish fish versus your typical gummy bear. Hard to tell on effectiveness but I do wish they were more potent.
