Feeling like they help!
It's very hard to review vitamins and supplements because you can not accurately assess the effectiveness. I must say that I was starting to come down with a cold and started taking these because I ran out of the capsules I usually take. I also started using a saline nasal rinse but I never really got sick so I'm guessing they helped!

sambucha gummies from yootuberr maybe
idk why but like it sounds like sambucha from YouTube made this for some reason like the branding is too similar like "sambucu" and "sambucha" sound too similar but I love these things I love the purple color its amoozin please get it

well.. they're yummy! Not sure if they work or not yet. I take them but still get sick working with small children. I'll keep taking them though since it's only been a couple of weeks of taking them.

Good sugar free gummies
I purchased these so I could go back on a Keto diet because they are sugar free. The are pleasant tasting but be aware that they do have 3g of carbs in them.

Yuck.
Worst tasting elderberry anything I have ever put in my mouth. Almost had a hint of cooling, menthol flavor, somehow. Weird, gross aftertaste. Will happily go back to Zarbee's.
