Great supplement I definitely get during the cold and flu season. it helps immune support and even helps after getting ill. Very easy to use with a spoon because it's thick in texture, not like other liquids that I dump over the spoon onto counter. recommended.

This product really works against the common cold. I start taking it at the first sign of a cold, which is usually one or two sneezes out of nowhere, and continue taking it every 3 to 4 hours around the clock until symptoms are gone. When I begin a regiment of this product, plus Zicam gummies or Zicam melts and Airborne every four hours I'm usually able to completely knock out a cold in 24-36 hours before I get fully sick. I continue using these three products for about the next 24 hours or so after symptoms are gone. By following this protocol, I have not had a full on bad cold for years.

Great immunity booster if you're feeling sick. I use it for direct intake of elderberry if I start to come down with a cold and an immunity tea isn't helping. Soothes the throat and tastes good.

Great immune booster for kids and adults. My 8 year old daughter takes it daily to keep her immune system functioning properly. She doesn't get sick too much as long as she's taking it daily. She's not vaccinated so she needs an immune booster to keep her healthy.

I love this product. I was not sick for years while taking this, and I used to get sick all the time before discovering it. I ran out this winter and could not find any to buy anywhere because of the flu outbreak. Then I ended up with the flu myself. I recently found some more at my local Walmart and bought a few bottles. Now I feel great again. Whenever I start feeling bad I drink the included cup full. I think the stuff tastes great also!

I ordered this item for delivery (we had flu B in the house and didn't want to spread virus). Both boxes that I ordered were cut clean across the top of the box exposing the contents inside. It appears that both bottles are secure and sealed, but this makes me a bit leary. Very disappointed that Walmart would sell these, I certainly would not have purchased if I were able to make an in store purchase. I've noticed lately that I receive dented cans, torn up boxes, etc when ordering for delivery. Perhaps Amazon is the better option.
