SAMSUNG 55” Class DU6900 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV UN55DU6900FXZA

Great service with buy only and have local wal mart store ship to our home. TV is 4k smart tv. One of the ONLY items I've setup that quickly and accurately walked through setup. In less than FIVE MINUTES the TV was up and running perfectly with apps and streaming services all connected to in-home wif-fi signal. Picture quality is great (slight adjustments required for nighttime viewing in bedroom) and absolutely no issues with anything. Would recommend this flat screen at a GREAT price to anyone.

I bought this tv because I've had Samsung in the past. I got the 55". I am in shock at the initial quality. Image is clean with the tv set on Standard mode. I would buy again. I put the feet on it and lifted it with no problem. Very special tv. I don't spend thousands on TVs, but this looks like I did. * if the pictures aren't clear, it is because of shaking hands...

First thing you notice is it’s very light weight (been a while since I bought a TV but this just felt REALLY LIGHT- almost worried about the quality)….. installation and set up were pretty straightforward (as long as you have the specific wall mount bracket for this tv). Overall, great picture quality / clarity….. nice features. Sound leaves a lot to be desired…. Not very loud and will probably require a sound bar or surround sound system addition. All in all for $300 I guess I’m pleased.

Very good tv . Remote is pathetic , no directions with it and had to look up on YouTube just how to turn up the volume . I gave it a 4 star due to remote .There is an app by Samsung that's better.my only complaint was someone put a bar code sticker on the screen .hard to get off

Setup want too bad, picture is nice, I expect it will last a while. However, no numbers on remote makes selecting channels unnecessarily challenging, it took me an extra couple of weeks to get an optical to USB cable ordered to I can hopefully get sound, and the cable connections run parallel to the TV, making them hard to connect to, and resulted in me breaking an HD antenna due to cable.length issues. None of these issues should have come up with a better TV design, so that was disappointing

Not as vibrant and clear video resolution as the 14 yr old Samsung tv it replaced. I didn't realize it was such a bare bones model but it will do I hope. Time will tell. on the plus side it was extremely easy to hook up to cable tv snd programing the Spectrum remote was done so easily in a couple of minutes.

I have wait and get my warranty. I set the TV, I turned it on to play. It played for 30 minutes, it turned off by itself and won't come back on. So I have to get someone to come look at it. I did all the troubleshooting I could do. Made no progress.

It was pretty easy to install. When we turned it on we had trouble connecting it to the sound bar. It kept defaulting back to the TV speakers. Then about 20 minutes later we noticed the TV just kept disconnecting from the internet. Then two of the apps just stopped working. We decided to use the Roku stick since we knew it worked on the old TV in the room. We put on a movie and about an hour in all the sound went out on the TV and Roku. We will be returning the TV in the morning.

Nothing bad about the tv. You cant go wrong with Samsung and the product itself is really good! However, the whole customer service back and forth with the delayed date and time just ruined the entire experience. I scheduled it to arrive on a certain day. Tracking information was completely off. You try contacting customer service or the delivery person and you end up trying to speak to someone who is incompetent or doesnt know english at all. The item says arrived or delayed and then somehow appears on your doorstep. The person I spoke to had me on the phone for almost 30 minutes, hung up, and when I called they forwarded my line to the automated voice messaging system. Whats worse is that they have random people deliver your tv. The television was stuck in the back of this small car with two people and a toddler. They were nice and careful which I respected alot but you would think the item would be delivered by Fedex or UPS carrier right?

bought tv on line...had it delivered. opened box and turned on.. screen was pixled really bad, couldn't watch it..took back to store. cost me $10 for express shipping and $13.50 for tip chg which i didn't get to change...so it cost me $23.50 for nothing.. AND had to take tv back. won't do express shipping ever again.
