This tv is just wonderful. I love it. I had the oldest tv in the house so this was a major upgrade. I had someone install for me so I can’t say for the installation. But it comes with its own flat wall mount. So don’t buy one. The picture is fantastic. The sound is strange. Sometimes it gets louder on its own and so tunes then quieter.

I only have 1 star for installation because I paid the $79 for installation and had a horrible experience with the contractor thru Angi’s list. I had to hire someone to fix the contractors mess and then install the TV correctly. Angi’s list did follow up with me will be refunding my fee. The TV is great though, nice picture and sound. Looks great above the fireplace.

I got this TV to use with my PS5 for better performance and better picture and it did not disappoint. Far and away the crispest picture and best performing TV I have ever owned. The Television arrived really quick. No problems with the TV other than instructions were not clear especially when it explained about the remote and was missing 2 bolts or screws to attach the mounting device to the TV. We also purchased from Angi for installation with the purchase. The tech that arrived from Angi knew maybe less than I did plus not profession. The tech was nice but had very little knowledge about the installation. When the tech left the TV was mounted but not fully programmed to allow my Dish remote to work. Was unable to connect to HDM2 so we could connect to my Dish, sound not working, and remotes not paired. I ask my neighbor if he could help me finalize hooking up the above listed items. It took my neighbor a couple minutes to study the remote and after that he had everything connected and the TV working. TV has a beautiful picture. The Sonos sound bar I purchased got paired with the TV and has a great sound.

I used to own the curve 4K TV that was burned within 5 years. I hope this model holds it's live a little longer. Picture quality is great - color and image are crisp. eARC port works well. Sound is ok. Little to no heat emitted from the unit - so much different than the curve. Viewing angel is not much better than the curve TV so it is the downside. Overall for the price, it is a very affordable QLED with good Samsung quality. #sweepstakes

Our TV was delivered damaged (broken screen). Walmart will allow a return, but will not allow an exchange. This TV is no longer on sale, so the replacement would cost more. Customer service is an automated system (useless). All we want is the TV we ordered at the price we originally paid....

The tv requires a receiver to work. This was listed nowhere in the description, specs, what’s in the box. Nowhere! This set up doesn’t work for where we want to hang it so it needed to be returned.

I bought a tv from Walmart. They can not take it back,I have to have Walter tv service take it back. Walt’s tv service has not responded for over a month. Walmart emailed Walt’s tv service three times after each of my emails to them. Still no contact. I am going to refuse to pay my credit card company the $997. That the tv. Cost me. Don’t be a fool and buy anything that cannot be returned to the store. I didn’t know I could not return it to the store until I tried.

It’s difficult to figure out the shades/colorings in the ART mode — which is the only reason I spent so much on a TV! None of the art looks realistic due to the shading. Also there is no channel guide with number listings! Very difficult to navigate and also does not come with news max or Fox News?! I had to make an additional purchase with a Roku device. I would have been better off buying a $300.00 Roku smart tv and lived with the limited web savers they offer. Dissatisfied %26 Disappointed
