I purchased this tv and a week later it went on sale at Walmart. Walmart doesn’t honor their own prices. So be careful when you purchase my big ticket items. I will not purchase another big ticket item from them again. I was told to return the tv and repurchase it. Dam

Took a chance on buying an "open box" item. Held my breath and had a great big exhale when it arrived and was exactly what I wanted. The box had been re-taped, but other than that, it was like a brand new item. All accessories, which had never been taken out of their original packaging. I was extremely happy with my BeachCamera.com purchase.

We set this up as our primary family TV and everyone loves it. The picture is great for all content: SD, HD, 4K, SDR, and HDR. It's placed in a bright room, but the TV handles reflections so well that it's not an issue. We also bought a Samsung soundbar so that we could utilize Q-Symphony, my wife and kids are amazed at how immersive the sound is. #sweepstakes

This TV blew my expectations out of the water. We upgraded from an older 55" Samsung TV that I got during a Black Friday deal years ago. The older TV was 4K but it didn't do 4K like this TV does! The brightness and clarity of this TV are really out of this world and don't compare to anything else I've owned. I think the best thing about it though is the extra wide viewing angles. I can be standing completely to the side of the TV and still see everything that is happening on the screen. The smart features are nice as well since I am able to connect it to our Alexa devices and use Alexa to turn it on, change the channel, volume, etc. #sweepstakes

I had been staring at this TV and wanting it for months before I actually bought it. The price was just more than what I wanted to spend on a TV. But I'm so glad I found this open box last year model at Beach! I was skeptical at first because the deal looked just too good to be true! But Beach's customer service was awesome and explained over the phone that they certify all their open box items and if I was missing something or unhappy in any way, I could send it back! But I didnt need to! Everything came in and was perfect. Thank you Beach for helping me get my awesome new TV without breaking my budget or having to compromise! #sweepstakes

I used to own the curve 4K TV that was burned within 5 years. I hope this model holds it's live a little longer. Picture quality is great - color and image are crisp. eARC port works well. Sound is ok. Little to no heat emitted from the unit - so much different than the curve. Viewing angel is not much better than the curve TV so it is the downside. Overall for the price, it is a very affordable QLED with good Samsung quality. #sweepstakes

I am very disappointment with Walmart on how they are handling with the shipping of this product, This product has been delayed since the 17th of November and until now November 25th still no TV. I have called so many times and was promised that its on its way, problem was there was no real tracking %23 so it is impossible to track the item. I have called the shipping company and they claimed that there was no such item being shipped by them but walmart kept giving me the same phone number. I am beyond frustrated as of this point... saving a few hundred dollars is not worth it compared to the stress and anxiety that I am going through dealing with walmart regarding of my delayed or missing TV's status. I do not recommend to do big shipment when ordering to walmart. I have learned my lesson and will let my friends and family to never purchase huge item on walmart.

Television came with a cracked screen. This item only has 'return' and no exchange possible unfortunately. This means that it takes two weeks to ship, 3 days for them to pick it up for the return, then three weeks to get your money back in order to buy another TV. For items like this they really need an exchange option. Not only will I have waited 5 weeks to be in the same position I was in, I'll be down money from tipping delivery drivers and possibly from shipping costs. For how big Wal-Mart is, I was surprised how awful buying this item from them was with minimal safe guards. I will not be purchasing the next television from them once I get my return money.

What a mess - really important you look closely at who the is fulfilling the order if it is NOT WALMART I highly recommend you switch to Amazon. The order was delayed for over a month and the company fulfilling the order would not return calls to return and/or cancel the order. When I contacted Walmart they advised to contact our bank to dispute the charge!
