The picture is very clear and color is very beautiful. Love the different pictures to choose from when turned off it really looks like a piece of art work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased my Samsung Frame TV in 2022, and it’s honestly one of the best home upgrades I’ve made. The picture quality is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the sleek frame design. It truly looks like a real framed piece of art on the wall. When it’s in Art Mode, friends and family constantly think it’s a picture or a painting — I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. No one believes it’s a TV until I turn it on. It blends perfectly into my space, keeps everything looking clean and modern, and doesn’t feel bulky like traditional TVs. I love that it’s both functional and beautiful at the same time. Still obsessed with it years later.

I had so many problems in only 3 yeas with our tv , the last one it requires an electric part to power the tv , this tv is a lemon product and Samsun refuses to pay for the repair

We had the 65 inch for 3 years and now it developed a yellow 4 inch line from top to bottom on the TV screen. Tried all the fixes with the help desk to no fix. Creates a ticket for repair , only to be cancelled for out of warranty to expensive. I really like the TV, but it should last 10 years minimum.

The ability to upload your own art/images in Art Mode is very poor. It is difficult to upload multiple pictures easily. In addition, it appears that Samsung has forced customers to buy a subscription in order to have a slideshow using their own pictures. 65" Samsung Frame TV was awesome for 2 years then I got the dreaded brown stripe dead down the center of the screen. Warranty is only for 1 year. So now have to find a way to replace the display after only 2 years. Severely disappointed. Do not buy the Frame TV!!!!!!!!!

Worst TV I’ve ever owned. Shuts off on its own repeatedly during shows. Was told it was an HDMI Cable problem, well I’m now on 6th cable in 2 years. Yes, I did all of the energy and sleep mode stuff. Please look at the Facebook pages about these TV’s before buying.

It arrived completely shattered.

Can't really rate anything because it hasn't been delivered as promised.
