This was a phone for a teen going from iphone to android. She adjusted to the changes of the different phones. It was definitely worth the price.

Great phone for all your basic needs. Good price. camera quality is not too bad. i would recommend for basic needs as does not have great capacity for storage.

Really liked the phone but of course nothing is simple these days. I had to return it because it was a Boost phone and I wanted to keep my provider which wasn't possible with it being a Boost phone and I wanted to order it through my provider but they are literally out of stock EVERYWHERE, so ANNOYING. Also the lady in electronics was super UNHELPFUL.

The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G A is advertised as an UNLOCKED phone. I am unable to receive or make calls and my network provider advised that the phone is LOCKED. Plus, the battery charge time is over 6 hours. I already contacted the Seller, Creo regarding the excessive charge time and they advised that I should get a new power cord. I will contact Creo again about the LOCKED status. So far, it has taken over 8 hours to transfer my data to the new phone and trouble shoot the ongoing issues. I thought the transfer would be easy since my old phone was the identical same phone. Ha!!

I would like to let everyone know that I had a terrible experience purchasing these phones they were supposed to be identical phones first of all but somehow they sent me a different model phone so I dealt with it but I had the phones less than 3 months before the screens started to come apart and I just totally lost faith in the phone at all totally disgusting I'm sure I could never get a refund because they were broken when I got them probably so I would never recommend buying cell phones from Walmart ever again

was a great phone for about 2-3 months. well today, screen just fell out and was dangling. the phone hasnt been abused and in a case. this is the 2nd refurbished phone i have bought with similar results

Very upsetting to find the phone was not unlocked and the product description was false. I had to return the phone immediately as it was not unlocked as promised.

this phone was supposed to be unlocked and it was in fact locked I was never able to use this phone and now I cannot get a refund or replacement so nothing but a $300 paper week
