Where to start these buds are amazing, great build quality and design. I was worried at first regarding the fit and comfort but they sit on your ears perfect and are so comfy you can't tell they are in. Spund quality is sublime with nice deep base. The app has great customisation and the pairing is easy and quick. Highly recommended to anyone. Now to wait for my note 20 ultra

Great design for the Galaxy buds live When listen music and watch video with Galaxy buds live, the sound is good, low bass very nice. When i use wechat for chatting, the voice i talk by recording of Galaxy buds live when start few second is loud, after that will become very soft, not compatible with chatting app when record the my voice for chatting. Noice cancellation feature still need improve, not my expected level.

Packaging was a little weird for galaxy buds because the bag was pretty big with no protection but otherwise the lives were great, they came in brand new condition. They are really comfortable for all day use and last for a while. When you wear both buds it feels and sounds so nice and clear. I highly recommend these.

These are the best pair of earbuds that I've ever bought. I would suggest these to any Samsung phone owner. We'll work the money.

Out of the box these were good earphones, seamless connection with the galaxy wearable app, paired quickly with my OnePlus 7 pro. After fiddling with my phone's equaliser, they now sound amazing and I'm very happy. The battery seems to last ages aswell. I prefer not to use the touch controls so I can't comment on those as I have them disabled. Not to mention the gorgeous colour!

Samsung have really pulled it off here! They are a really snug, low-profile fit. Yes, the active noise cancelling could do with a tweak and the same menu option as it's predecessor, but the passive option is so good that you don't really need it! If the Samsung boffins can throw in an IP rating to match the premium galaxy range, market domination is on the horizon!

Was really excited for these. However after a couple of days of use (Or even the first day...) they just are not worth the money. The size is uncomfortable, they're too big for my ears so if I wear them for more than 10 minutes, they hurt and my ears stay tender longer than they were in for. The sound quality is pretty average, too. About the same as my free pair of wired ones I got with my S10 a while ago. If I talk, yawn or smile with them in it pauses my music, too. I'm a 24 year old female. Wouldn't really expect to have a problem with this sort of thing at my age but hey. The charging pod is cool. They feel lovely in the hand. Look pretty cool. But the fit, sound quality and the awful water resistance is a big joke. I wouldn't waste your money.

Item is filty dirty, broken case, bad quality audio, will never purchase from this vendor ever again

I was under the impression that I had ordered a brand new item, but it seems otherwise. The box appears to have been opened before, and both the packaging and the items inside are noticeably dirty. It's quite disappointing to receive something that looks used instead of fresh and new.
