Samsung Galaxy Buds Live Bluetooth Earbuds with Charging Case, Mystic Black

Packaging was a little weird for galaxy buds because the bag was pretty big with no protection but otherwise the lives were great, they came in brand new condition. They are really comfortable for all day use and last for a while. When you wear both buds it feels and sounds so nice and clear. I highly recommend these.

I like these a lot. Amazing sound quality for wireless earbuds. Battery life seems to be as advertised. Call quality is good. These are so comfortable that I could wear them all day. They easily connect to my pc as well. I think the main thing which would make people like, or not like, these earbuds is the fact that they don't block outside sound. They don't plug your ear like other earbuds (this adds to the comfort imo) so you can be more aware of your surroundings. Some people may not like that it doesn't block out sound. Also, like other reviews have mentioned, the "active noise canceling" pretty much does nothing, but you can turn it off. Being a one-size-fits-all design, ear shape could play a factor in comfort, but I'm sure some of the negative reviews that say these are uncomfortable are from people who didn't wear these correctly. The reason I am saying this is because I didn't wear them correctly at first. I actually thought about returning them until one day I randomly adjusted them to the correct position. Some other reviewers online also said they were wearing these wrong at first. You should try turning them to be more vertical, pushing the top part (which is where the pads are) upwards into the top of your ear. Or in other words, turn them so the speaker is farther away from your ear canal. Don't push them down into your ear, where the speaker is as close as possible to your ear canal. They look like they are sitting in your ear more horizontally this way. I have seen some reviewer photos (some even 5 star reviews) with people wearing them the "wrong" way. Maybe depending on your ear shape, wearing them this way works fine. But when I originally wore them this way, they weren't as comfortable, and for some reason the right earbud wasn't as loud as the left.

The audio quality sounds fairly decent, noise cancelation isn't as strong compared to other buds out there that surpass blocking unwanted noises. There are times where the connection gets choppy and hiccups in audio play will occur. If you like seemless earbuds that are comfortable in your ear, this will suffice. Personal preferences vary.

Sadly disappointing after one month of use. The quality of sound is great, but the max volume isn't very high. I can't be more than 10 feet from my laptop or they start cutting out. The ambient sound mode, which is the feature I bought these for, doesn't seem to do anything... it's very very low ambient sound, you have to really pay attention to notice a difference, and I wanted real ambient sound where I can still hear everything around me, like my kids. The noise canceling mode, which I have also tried, only seems to work when something like a fan is blowing directly on the mic... then it cancels out the sound, but not otherwise. So regardless of what mode they are in, outside sound is loud enough to be bothersome, but too quiet to actually discern what someone talking to you is saying. They are painful to wear for more than an hour because they are one size but they rarely slip out of place. I do love the app and the new sound enhancement feature and though they aren't loud enough, the sound quality is great. I prefer my Jaybee Fireflies or my Bluez 2s by Aftershock. I just expected better from Samsung, especially for the price.

I'm a major fan of Samsung I keep the latest phone. But these ear buds are not that good they are comfortable and loud but no noise cancelation. you can hear everything around you and everyone can hear your music.

Returned, connection was horrible. Was okay with my phone but would cut out even with my phone right next to me. But when it came to connecting with any other device (iPad, dell laptop) sounded like i was on the USS enterprise trying to get signal from another galaxy. (Yes pun intended) I was so excited for these. Love the idea behind the shape. Definitely took some tries to get the hang of how to put them "in" your ears. But for the price and brand the connection issues are unacceptable. Hopefully they will fix these and try again.

Bought this item full of excitment paid $159.00 for them thinking i was purchasing new however when recieved and opened the shipping box saw they were very used no product box, product in little bubble wrap bags, and case and buds had scratches all over them. I returned immediately luckily, which was an easy enough process straight to my local Wal-Mart customer service. Needless to say, I am now intimidated to order new ones online.

I loved them at first, sounds great when they work. The active noise cancellation mode distorts music too much to be useful in my opinion. The big issue is that the bluetooth connection seems to keep getting worse and is now completely unreliable and I have honestly never had bluetooth anything perform this horribly. The device I'm connected to could literally be less than a foot from each earbud and they will still cut out.

I was under the impression that I had ordered a brand new item, but it seems otherwise. The box appears to have been opened before, and both the packaging and the items inside are noticeably dirty. It's quite disappointing to receive something that looks used instead of fresh and new.

NOWHERE in the listing did the product description state that the earbuds would be Open Box/Refurbished. I made sure to purchase these as BRAND NEW through Walmart at nearly $200 and it arrived with the package product seals slit, spilling its entire contents, and causing the earbuds in its now obviously dusty and dirty case to rattle around in a box 20x it's size. Upon inspecting the earbuds themselves, you could see scuff marks and fingerprints. I prefer to shop for products such as these in person at Target or Best Buy, but it's sold out everywhere in the color I'm searching for, which is why I took a gamble with Walmart. I am thoroughly displeased with this experience and will definitely be returning asap. From now on, I will be purchasing all my tech gear via other more reputable competitors.
