The battery life seems to be good The processor seems to be pretty fast For multitaskers it seems to do well multitasking The Calls. I don't believe it's just this phone because I have an A15 and it does the same thing. The phone may hang up on your calls, it may tell you your aren't making or getting calls today. So it's real fun your in a call and it just drops for no reason and in order to get or make calls you have to either restart the phone or you have to take it all the way down by shutting it off then turning it back on to wait for it to load up. So I'm not blaming this phone because it does it on mine and its a Samsung Galaxy A15. You get a fair bit with the purchase of the Samsun Galaxy S9 , so over all the phone is worth the money.

I've only had it a couple days so far. It looks new and performs flawlessly but I can't be sure it is a new phone. It does not come with Samsung charger nor the typical useless instruction booklet etc.. At this price, it simply doesn't matter if it is new or refurb.

Absolutely what I wanted!! Great phone!! I have been using it for a couple weeks now for business and handles multitasking so well. Love it. Thank you Walmart!!

phone was in great shape but charging port doesnt hold charger in tight

Battery going down fast.

Bought phone “new” and “unlocked” having extensive trouble getting it switched over to my cell carrier, and the battery dies overnight without even using the phone. Won't buy again.

Although the condition says new, it is not. The phone was not packaged right and accessories and instructions were missing. It was ompletely dead when it arrives and in my experience with other phones, they usually have some charge on it. The phone keeps updating like every ten minutes which is driving me nuts. WASTE OF MONEY.

Ordered new phone - Online pictured new - received refurbished [renewed] phone - nothing online states refurbished. Charged over $314.00 for phone inside packing box with phone box had receipt for $189.00 . Did not even open phone box.

The Walmart ad description indicates the Condition: New Item. The item came in a generic box with generic supplies and the phone was labeled as used electronics ready for reuse.
