[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking collagen is one of those things where you don’t see instant results but you still want to believe in the process 🤍 I started taking these collagen capsules recently, they’re easy to swallow and I didn’t cause any negative reactions for me, which is very important. It’s honestly hard to say what exactly is making a difference, since I’m also taking other supplements like multivitamins, enzymes, omega and vitamin D. But overall, I feel like my body is responding. Well, my skin is recovering quite fast. My nails are strong and healthy and I don’t wash my hair as often as I used to. At the same time, I can’t say it’s only because of the collagen supplements it’s more about the whole routine and consistency.

Other brands offer huge tablets that may get stuck in your throat when you're swallowing and the dosage will still be three tablets! These ones also are 3 per dosage but much more manageable. I've been taking it everyday but I expect it will take more than a few weeks to notice a difference. Overall I would repurchase to be able to notice a difference.

I’m excited and hopeful to see great results! These are the “multi complex” variety. The bottle is small and can be stored away easily. I hadn’t heard of the brand before this, but they do have lots of other products that sound lovely! Happy with the results so far.

I take three capsules per day (the recommended amount) but since they are large, I take one with each meal. The are surprisingly easy to take despite the capsule size. I just turned 47 and have started having issues with thinning hair and loss of volume in my face. I have noticed that where my hair was thinning at my part, I'm starting to get new baby hairs and my hair looks and feels amazing. I've also noticed that my skin seems healthier with a nice glow and my fine lines aren't quite as visible. I'm really happy with this supplement!

I use tretinoin so my skin tends to be more dry and flaky. My nails were also noticeably stronger and I was able to grow them longer than usual. I lift weights and wash my hands/dishes often so they get damaged easily…but I noticed a difference in their resilience after taking the collage. I’m also hoping to strengthen my hair and keep it healthy and full. I’m looking forward to seeing more progress the longer I take it!
