I love the versatility of this rack! I can use it in both sinks (which are different sizes) and on the countertop. It is metal and easy to clean and stays sanitary longer than a plastic one. The rubber grips on the extensions help it stay where I place it. My only wish is that the metal was a little stronger so I wouldn't worry about overloading it. However, I put pots and pans, and even my cast iron in it, with other dishes while it is suspended over a sink and haven't had an issue yet. Would highly recommend!

Clean and no rust. Fit to my sink with setting the holder outward.

I like the fact that this dish drainer can fit in the sink lower or level on top of the counter, when the arms are extended!

Could have more cushion on the overlap ends of the rack to my sink. With the weight of the cleaned kitchen things drying out in the rack, the rack cause a bit of scratch onto my sink edge.

I have only had this product for a week, hopefully it truly is stainless steel and it will not rust or change color as I use it like my last one did. I would have liked the silverware section to have been a little taller, it seems I have a lot of pieces fall out of the little basket. Also, I would've liked the main frame in general to be a little deeper.but it appears to be a good product and I trust I will be happy with it!

i like it. A bit smaller than what I'm used to but I wanted a match with my sink and faucet. also it fits inside of the sink to hang from the extension arms.

Here are the main issues with the Sanno dish drainer: 1) It's shallow, and you are not going to be able to stack a lot of dishes in the receptacle. 2) The utensil basket is not scaled to American-sized utensils. Capacity is small, and forks and spoons scrape the basket unless they are inserted sideways, and even then, only a few fit in each tiny cubicle. Further, the basket slants awkwardly making utensils hard to access and rinse if you are using a sprayer. After trial-and-error, I settled on parking the basket on one of the sides, which will probably end up scratching my sink eventually. 3) This drain assembly is best suited for a single-person household that does not allow dishes to pile up. (I wash after every meal, and it's right on the cusp of being too small.) 4) The drainer looks good and seems sturdy, but I have not had it long enough to assess longevity. It would behoove kitchen engineers to design products that are both scaled and practical to use in the market they are selling to. I may end up taking this back and finding a deeper unit with a larger utensil basket. I tried uploading a pic, but there was a glitch on the Walmart site.

This dish rack is much shallower than the standard kind we usually have purchased, but it seems to be quality material. We like the black feet which wont show stains the way clear ones will.

the rack doesn't fit well in the sink and was only about 2 to 3 inchs deep. not allowing plates to be placed into it.

The wires are so close together, they hold only dishes. Previous racks I have owned had room for low soup/salad bowls. The wires are very thin. I would return this item except that the cost of postage is so high.
