I ordered a white tent. Walmart sent a grey one. Unfortunately I didn't notify them in time to let them know. Last week I contacted Walmart thru the website to get a call back. The rep said even though it was outside the return policy, he put me on a long hold to get approval, and then said they would send a new white one to me. I never got a confirmation in email. So today, a week later I called to find out what was going on since it had not arrived. I called and a rep, and then a supervisor said it was denied, a one hour phone call, mostly with me on hold. They have my contact info, why wouldn't they let me know of the change and denial? The 1st photo shows the grey tent lowered during pack up, compared to a white shelving unit for my pottery display. 2nd photo I'm holding a white piece of paper next to the grey tent.
