Using in a home office. Provides plenty of desktop space. Drawers have a smooth action. 5-star reco on the product. Sauder's recommended assembly service was poor. Required additional parts that were broken during install. Replacement parts showed up quickly from Sauder. One month later the assembly crew cannot find time to come back and finish the job. One star for the assembly company.

I was hesitant to purchase this product after reading the reviews. However, the desk was delivered in 2 boxes in good shape and ahead of schedule. My 17-year-old adopted daughter put it together in a little over 4 hours including a lunch break. My only complaint is the crack on the underside of the desktop. It appears to have only went through to the top at the very edge. I'm hoping that the bracing keeps it from cracking further. Once together, it's a beautiful desk with plenty of room. The drawers are somewhat stiff but I think they'll loosen with use. The desk I wanted cost over $3,500. This was a better option for my pocketbook. Looks great in my home office.

Overall great product - however some issues with assembly 1./ A few knicks and scratches upon unpacking 2./ Instruction booklet - page 39-66 repeats the beginning instructions - very aggravating to find "next steps" and (extreme waste of paper) 3./ Part B - preassembled brackets where in the wrong holes - had to remove and adjust after assembly was done. Because drawers where not shutting correctly.

recently built a home office to accommodate a new remote position, and this desk fit my needs perfectly. It's wider than most, which was important to me. I'm used to working at an engineer's desk that can hold a full set of plans. While this one isn't quite that wide, it comes close. Like a few other reviewers mentioned, some pieces arrived with minor nicks, but overall the desk was in great shape. The boxes are heavy, and you'll definitely need two people to carry them. It took me about 6 to 7 hours to assemble it on my own. For once, I actually had to read the instructions and look at the pictures. Fair warning: you'll definitely need a drill for assembly. I also swapped out the original knobs for something a bit fancier, which was a quick and easy upgrade.

I like the color/finish coordination with the bookcase and file cabinets. Would have preferred 3 drawers on right side in lieu of very shallow drawer and door. Be prepared to spend all day assembling. At least one removable divider in drawers would have been helpful.

I'm disappointed that I cannot buy a second keyboard drawer. It will not change the integrity and stability of the desk. It is designed to accept the keyboard drawer on either the right or left side. Since I decided to install it on the left side, I would like to add an extra keyboard drawer for the right side, if its still possible.

Tried to cancel within one hour after placing the order. Vendor still shipped it a few days later. Then told me I needed to pay shipping in order to return it. All shipping quotes were for $1,000 . I reached out to them and they refused to help. So now I am stuck with a desk that I didnt want and immediately tried to cancel. Beware of anything sold by OJCommerce that you will not receive support from them.

While the desk is attractive and looks good from afar, it is made with cheap pressed wood materials, and in my specific case, it arrived with corners damaged. I called Walmart to have a replacement sent, and the representative said a desk top was ordered. After two weeks, nothing arrived. I called again and the new representative said there was no record of that conversation. I'm currently on hold trying to figure out how to either receive a refund or a replacement. This desk is not worth the hassle.
