Business Office Furniture Assembly

Quentin was great! He arrived on time, was well prepared, very friendly and professional...just a joy to have around. He pretty much kept to himself unless we initiated a conversation, he was paying attention to what he was doing. Both my husband and I agreed that he was terrific!

Failed to leave owner manual. There is a mystery plug on the back of chair that I think might have to do with USB ports because they don't work. He also failed to Velcro to pieces of material and just left them hanging. I think he was in too big of a hurry.

This is not the fault of Walmart but unfortunately, we would not recommend Angi or use the service again based on our experience. We had an appointment scheduled and planned our entire Sunday around having the work completed. Just 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, the technician assigned to the service canceled without providing any explanation. This was extremely unprofessional and left us in a very difficult position. We contacted Angi immediately, but the only solution they could offer was to reschedule us for several days later. In the meantime, we had a delivered item sitting outside in boxes that needed to be moved indoors to avoid being damaged by rain. Because of the last-minute cancellation, we ultimately had to pay someone else to come move the boxes inside. To be fair, the professional who eventually came for the rescheduled appointment was very good, and we were pleased with his service. Our issue is with Angi and the reliability of the platform itself. Based on our experience, Angi appears to operate primarily as a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers, without enough accountability when a provider cancels at the last minute. Customers schedule their day around these appointments, and a cancellation 30 minutes beforehand with no explanation or meaningful remedy is simply unacceptable. We lost an entire Sunday waiting for an appointment that never happened, incurred an additional expense because of the cancellation, and then had to wait several more days for the service we originally scheduled. For those reasons, we would not use Angi again.

Do not purchase items from Walmart Marketplace, as these items are often not eligible for return or replacement. In my case, the situation was worsened by the assembly service—the assigned service pro caused additional damage during assembly. I also reported the issue to Angi, and the only response offered was an apology. This resulted in a total loss and an expensive lesson learned.

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

I think I will really like the TV stand, if I ever get it out of the box it is 150Lb %26 the Angi Pro Service I paid to have it assembled, have blown me off twice 30 min. before our scheduled appt. I called Walmart for help on this %26 the AI told me that Walmart only used Angi Pro Service now. It is unacceptable to offer a Pro Service %26 not have them show up twice. I will probably like this TV stand if I ever get it assembled. But I WILL NEVER ORDER FURNITURE FROM WALMART. There is nothing Pro about Angi Pro Services.

Ince I was not able to leave a zero review, I had to give a 1 star. Dmytro L. from Angi's was unreliable. Never notified me of not being able to come on either day of agreed upon. I had to reach out to him. No customer service and unreliable. I will never use this service again. I will find someone more reliable in the furture.

Paid extra to have my chair assembled. Never heard back from Angie Walmart. I called Walmart and Angie five times and got nothing. Nobody could tell me anything. They even had a hard time looking up my order and then they say we'll do a conference call. Well I'm the customer I tried conference calling twice and was disconnected. I am sick to death from this horrible treatment. I'm getting from Walmart and Angie never use either one again waste of time and money!

No one showed first 2 times I scheduled. I called the rescheduled person showed up 2 hours late said he would be back and finish the job, and never came back. Called Angie AGAIN they said they would refund my money. That was a month ago and still no word. The WORST service ever!!!
