Authentic Product
Very easy to use and very thick. As a cajun myself, I highly recommend this product. My family comes from Raceland, LA which is not to far from where this came from.

Best roux ever!!
Best Roux ever. I use it on busy nights where my time is limited. You add your seasoning and it makes a beautiful brown gravy.

Bad delivery
One of the two bottles delivered was broken to pieces and contents spilled all in box. I was able to salvage one bottle, of which I was grateful. I'd appreciate 1/2 return.
