I didn't receive the items I order.
I didn't receive the roux that I order, I got the powder one. Not at all the same thing. I wasn't asked if I WANTED TO REPLACE THIS ITEM. In picture is not what I order

The dark version is way better.
The light version is just okay. I've used the dark version of Savoie's roux before, and it is way better for achieving that deep, classic Cajun flavor. This one is simply too light for my personal taste in gumbo/stew.

I paid $12 for a jar of roux that I had to throw in the trash. All of the oil separated and was at the top of the roux. I tried stirring it but wasn't able to it was like trying to stir hardened cement. I left it on the counter for hours hoping it would soften up and it did not. I'd had it in that cabinet for 2 months before I needed to use it but it should still have been good. I'm really disappointed because I wasn't able to get my money back based on the time frame I had purchased item and used it.
