This is a supplement so there hs to be caution while using. The pill does leave a charcoal type scent when taken

dont recommend.they say its 90 servings but i only got 60 servings.not Himalayan shillajit harvested at 16000 plus ft.only 10000 from the altai mt.spend the extra for the real stuff.
