Very Hot!
I was looking for something similar to the hot mustard packets given out in Chinese restaurants. This isn't it. It's way hotter. You can just mix it with water until you get the desired consistency. Then, to get the heat down cut it 50/50 with some spicy brown prepared mustard and maybe a little vinegar and salt. It makes an OK seasoning.

Hot mustard
I'm sure glad I found this I have been buying the powder from our Chinese restaurant and they won't let you have very much and they charge a lot the last few times I wanted some they said they were out I just wish I could get it sooner than having to wait three days

Very, VERY fresh!! Makes my nose tingle and adds a wonderful flavor and taste.. Much better than the packets and is terrific when stirred into cooked, dry boxed chicken soup to open up sinuses, while easing cold symptoms and clearing up congestion.
