Scepter is a well known brand and item had positive reviews. Installed easily and worked flawlessly. Walmart price was substantially less than manufacturer list price.

Just what I ordered. Quick delivery... Looks like much better quality than my original bulb. A little expensive, maybe... but I believe better made than the cheaper ones.

Primer bulb
Seems to be ok. Hopefully it lasts for a long time. Some of these new bulbs are cheaply made with cheap rubber.
