Just the right size for my small boat. Really like the fuel gauge,so you can see the fuel level. Only problem I had was I had to wait to use my new tank because my Walmart did not have any fuel connections from my tank to my motor,had to order one on line.

Bought to replace a cracked Evinrude 3 gal tank from many years ago. This tank seems OK , half the price of OEM, fuel gauge , vented cap, lightweight. Should fit under the seat of my boat and be out of the way. Comes sans connector, so , you'll need to buy one with the tank. Tank cap has a locking tab to prevent you from opening it too far under pressure and experiencing a fuel geyser . There's a small tab under the rim of the cap where it meets the tank that needs to be depressed to fully remove the cap from the tank. Instructions are a little vague. The instructions also say to use Teflon tape to seal the fuel line connector when you thread it in. I would avoid that and use a pipe compound compatible with marine fuel connectors. No chance of a small piece of Teflon breaking off when you thread it on and finding it's way into your engine. Seen it happen more than once and it's expensive to track down.

Great product for a great price.

Had to fit in limited space, and this is not as wide as other 6 gallon tanks, so worked out great. Appears to be good quality, have had no problems in the short time it has been used. The fuel gauge is a little hard to get a good reading from when the boat is joshing around in the water.

I like this tank way better than the previous Attwood one, especially that the carrying handle is on top and not on the end. As advertised the tank will expand somewhat due to EPA regulations. Overall Im very happy, but Ive only had the tank about a month

I am using this as an auxiliary tank to extend the run time on a small generator. The tank appears to be of nice quality and is perfect for my application. The ordering process was easy and the shipping was prompt.

LOOKS LIKE GOOD PRODUCT. STANDARD MARINE FUEL LINE CONNECTOR WILL NOTTHREAD ON UNLESS YOU LOOSEN THE SQUARE GAUGE ASSEMBLY. MIGHT WANT TO CORRECT THAT FLAW.
