Scepter Ameri-Can FG4G213 2 Gallon Gas Can with Easy-Flo Spout, Red

These new-generation Scepter containers are no longer made where the spouts can be conveniently tucked in. There is a plastic-mesh filter inside the container, blocking the spout from going in. Even if the filter is removed, the spout itself cannot be placed into the container, as it has protruding edges/corners that exceed the size of the hole. Scepter should really bring back those spouts that can be tucked into their containers!

whom ever designed this spout should be fired. you have to press the black piece while pushing it hard against what ever you are filling... moronic design!!

Purchased a new gas can for my grandson‘s new motorcycle. Put the gas in it and realize that it did not have the plastic seal that keeps the gas inside now I have a can full of gas, no seal and had major spine surgery so I can't take the gas out of it or take it back to the store super waste of time

flimsy and caves in while you are trying to use it, would not reccomend. I'm going tonretro fir it with the old fashioned spouts and card, which are available to buy for a few bucks. this nozzle required so much pressure that on a hot day the can nearly folded in half.

Very hard for me to operate with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. The safety mechanism is difficult to manage, needs a STRONG grip and steady hand. The smaller size makes it easier to hold while filling but one must have a firm grip or be left with a sore hand. No cap!

Poorly designed spout and attachment to the reservoir at the spout. Impossible to loosen once tightened down....Had to cut the locking mechanism to reopen. check in person before buying

A lot of things to know when using … it's a gas can… has to be more simple while being safe.. Spout leaks and I did all the troubleshooting the spout to keep it from leaking… still leaks

Great gas can that gives you easy pouring, without spillage. Great to use on lawnmowers, weed eaters, tractor, any gas powered equipment.

It did its job. Wanted something that help more than one gallon but not a huge five gallon one. 2 gallons seemed like the perfect amount that will get you anywhere you need to go for an emergency regardless of how many miles a gallon your vehicle gives you. It seems sturdy and it's still small enough not to take up too much room in a car. Have only used it once.

I hate the new safety cans that can be unsafe when you try to use them with a lawnmower or tractor. This one is easy to use, safety lip catches well to the edge of the gas tank and I don't spill gas everywhere when filling my mowers. However, It could use a cap on the spout for off-gassing safety.
