Schmidt's Deodorant Patchouli + Hops Sensitive, 2.65 oz

I picked this scent up on a whim and am very pleasantly surprised. The scent is actually very lemon-y. It has a very light musky tone to it, but I didn't get lot of patchouli scent overall. It's still lightly scented and works as well as the other sensitive line sticks. Very happy to also have the larger size (larger volume than the original scents). Recommended for anyone. The scent is good for men and women alike.

I've tried Schmidt's natural deodorants in the past, and the smell has always been great, but the bane of being a large guy who sweats and is allergic to both traditional aluminum salt containing deodorants and natural deodorants that includes baking soda is finding a functional option that won't turn me into a deliciously scented blister. The new sensitive skin formula with hemp oil does what no other brand has been able to do. Nearly two weeks of once daily application and I've not had to “top up” after exerting myself like I do with most, if not all, other competitors. With me, the irritation usually sets in within 48-72 hours, and I'm still feeling great and smelling fantastic. For the first time in years, this new and unique sensitive skin deodorant formula has given me control back of my body's biggest wild card. I have absolutely zero criticisms about this product, unless you can count not having this years ago so I could avoid all that trial and error! Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy the hemp oil formula. Your armpits will thank you. *Not a paid review, I just absolutely love this product and the peace of mind it's brought me*

Who needs to spray on perfume! The Patchouli & Hops deodorant smells amazing. My sister is a "perfume snob" and she is dying to know what scent I have been wearing. Love the quality and effectiveness of this product!

Wow, this natural deodorant impressed me, it really performs well. I apply before bed and the next day my underarms don't have a strong odor. I have always had underarm issues, I have to shave and scrub with soap but the odor always comes back. Not anymore, the ingredient of magnesium hydroxide in this deodorant keeps my man musk in check big time. I always like to switch from antiperspirant to deodorant in the fall and winter. This time I decided to try a natural deodorant while I was shopping at whole foods, I found most of their scents to be completely unappealing and I was about to give up until I noticed this particular scent sitting in the corner. It was more expensive for some reason and when I took a whiff I was instantly transported back to my childhood. My grandmother would use patchouli and lime essential oils in the humidifier to make the house more fragrant. The scent is perfect and the sensitive skin formula gives me NO discomfort whatsoever.

Surprisingly, I have had great luck with Schmidt's Patchouli and Hops deodorant! It smells great- like a cross between patchouli and lime- which gives it a fresh, uplifting scent. It applies clear. rubs in smoothly, and most importantly- it LASTS. One application gets me through all night and the next day without even batting an eye. This is a product I will definitely be coming back to!

I like to try new scents all the time, but this one is hands down my ultimate favorite! I generally don't write reviews, but like others, I don't want this scent to go away! Love the lemony, earthy scent and it lasts all day where other scents fad 3/4 of the way through. With this scent, I have the perfect threesome with the geranium flower and the lily of the valley.

This is my new favorite scent after Waves and Christians Tree Farm, but it leaves yellow stains on white tops. I'd still recommend it, but will not use it when I wear lighter colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Schmidt's Patchouli + Hops hemp seed oil enriched natural deodarent and I'm not a fan. It smells exactly like Pine-Sol cleaning products and that's what people keep telling me when I wore the deodarent. It also doesn't keep me from sweating. I wouldn't recommend this deodarent. Maybe a different smell would be better.

I really love the smell of this deodorant, I only need to reapply about once a day. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because when I do sweat, my sweat is white & then makes the armpits of my shirts white! It mostly comes out but it's really annoying... sometimes I can't even wear my shirts without washing them twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Schmidt's Patchouli + Hops Aluminum-Free Hemp Seed Oil Natural Deodorant Stick. I ordered it because it states it's for sensitive skin and is all natural. It does glides on smoothly once you give it a few seconds for the heat of your skin to sort of melt it onto your skin. The issues I had with it are: 1. after having it on for about 10 minutes I felt a slight burning sensation, 2. the scent is really potent (more of a manly scent), 3. when I raised my arms you can see a white line going across my arm pit, and 4. it also leaves white marks on clothing (not recommended if wearing dark clothing). I'm aware that since I have a condition that causes me to be hypersensitive that it didn't help the situation. But on a good note, I had my husband try it and it worked much better for him.
