Scotchgard Fabric Protector, 10 oz, 1 Can

Just purchased a pushback recliner from Wal-Mart. Very nice material. Looks like faux leather, but it is mainly polyester material. Tested for color fast on an area under chair. No color wiped off onto white cloth after immediate heavy spray applied. Just finished heavy single coat on the chair from top to bottom. Did it outside on patio because of odor of spray. Do Not use product in your house without good ventilation. You will cause yourself health issues. Worked great. Needed 2 full cans and it took about 2 1/2 hrs to dry. Checked it after dry time. Used several drops of water. They beaded and wiped off with no stains or bad side effects. A++++ results.

I love this. We used to have a bar stool with micro fiber, and used other brand protective spray. It didn't work. With 3 young kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats... the stain is getting worse. I tried multiple way to clean it and protect it again...nope still not working. So we tossed those bar stools, and bought new one. This one (I am not sure what we were thinking) has a suede cushion... I just have to buy those, until we got home and I was thinking....ohhh.ccccccr** We look online and this product has pretty good review from Walmart, Lowes, and Amazon. I sent my husband to Walmart since it's the closest store and cheaper. We used it on our bar stools... and we wait... and wait... and wait.. It's been several weeks with kids using the counter daily for eating and art

I purchased Scotchgard Fabic and Upholstery Protector and did my two new chairs with it. The can says it will do 2 chairs or one sofa, giving two applications, but I would plan on two cans if your items are large. I do have better than half a can left for later usage. You can't beat the Walmart price- best around. One thing, I could not find this product in the two Walmart stores I tried. One was a super store. Both stores say they have it but were out of it when I shopped. I had to purchase on line, which was fine, with good delivery but shipping did cut into the price saving. No order on line and pickup at store was offered.

I purchased Scotchguard Fabric & Upholstery Protector to use on a tote bag that my daughter had made for me with my 4 grandchildren on it. Before I started using it I sprayed it inside & out w/ several THIN coats to ensure even & the best coverage. The photo I've attached is after a couple of months use. My tote still looks like new & it is used daily! I have used Scotchguard thru the years & am never disappointed!

I have never used Scotch Gard before. I purchased a white sofa and chair after the first of the year. I was really nervous when my grands came to visit. I remembered reading a review of the chair by a lady who stated she had protected her chair with two light coats of Scotch Gard. I purchased 4 cans and following the directions on the can gave each piece two coats of protection. The grands have visited, even had Halloween candy and I have found no traces of the goodies on the furniture. Thank you Scotch Gard for giving me peace of mind to enjoy my company while still enjoying my beautiful white furniture.

I've used Scotchguard on everything I care about (clothes, upholstery etc.) for 20 years or more. I spray clothes when they come out of the dryer or back from the cleaners. Dirt that collects in the seams of light colored garments comes out keeping the garment looking new for decades. Oxiclean White Revive eliminates yellowing or graying in whites before I use Scotchguard. I buy 12 cans at a time to be sure I get the best price and always have plenty on hand.

I have always used Scotchguard Protectant in all my new vehicles over the past three decades. Never fails to keep spills from soaking into the upholstery. Gives you time to mop up that spilt coffee or coke. Even makes it easy to wipe off or vacuum off any dirt. Just try it, if you have not already. (Oh, works on old upholstery too).

This product is great. Easy to use and protects the new sofas we bought for our family room. Great to get a large quantity of one product delivered to your door without having to run from store to store.

This product is useful on certain bags, shoes, boots, clothing, gloves and other fabrics. Been using it so far and have no problems with it. It forms a great protective barrier with faux leather lined bags and no scuff marks for me. Will continue to purchase it. Scotch Guard is worth the money! A great product at a reasonable price.

I have several dogs and to have any item I don't want permanently mud colored I will treat with the scotch guard. Everything from the couch covers to quilts, comforters - wherever the kids and dogs can climb needs protection. It's hard to keep an eye on all the dogs, kids and goings on all the time, and for the small spill accidents this product gives at least a fighting chance on keeping up on the spills, drips and splashes that happen with every day life before they get a chance to become a permanent memory. Usually a quick wipe with a towel will clean up rather than stripping down the bedding, couch covers or even the dog beds - after treatment they will towl dry or shake out most of whatever was spilled or dragged up on them. It's a great time saver and a stain preventer for me.
