Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield Spray, 10 oz

I applied two light coats of Scotchguard Fabric Water Shield Spray outside on tan leather chukkas. After drying for about an hour they were maybe a shade darker. Spraying was simple and quick. I made a note to spray near the heel to see how much of a color change happened before doing the rest of the boots I wore them the next day and the color had returned almost to the original hue. So far the product has kept my boots clean from a coffee spill. That's pretty impressive since I didn't even wipe them off or anything! For the price, this is a great do it yourself option to help protect various types of fabrics. I specifically bought this Scotchguard spray because it was safe for leather and nubuck but I'll probably be using it on a lot more that I originally planned.

Been using this for years great at keeping upholstery clean especially with 5 kids. Reapply just before each event you are hosting . Picture is fabric french chairs.

I'm a cat mom and we both contributed to the dirty condition of the recliner cover. After laundering it I want it to remain clean so Scotch Guard was the best choice to protect it from stains and smells because coffee drips and dust from the litter box can be wiped away.

Over the weekend I used my Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield on my r7nning shoes to protect them from getting wet when running over puddles and other wet surfaces. The product perfomrs as advertised, creating a water repellent barrier that keeps my shoes dry. I definitely endorse this product

if it's suede shoes, tennis canvas shoes, trench coats, leather goods (make a test first on a part not visible, before spraying the hole piece) I'll prevent stains or if by accident you got a spill. I spray on some furniture too. I always have it handy.

I like the product so I didn't want to give it a bad review. I canceled my order with Walmart but they still charged me. It was never received and I've been fighting with Walmart and my credit card company. Ultimately I'm $30 in the hole with no product. I will not be ordering this product again from Walmart. And I'm going to consider not ordering anything from them going forward.

I really was hoping it worked better. I dont know what i was thinking getting a cream sofa with kids, but hoped scotchguard would help keep stains away. Unfortunately it did nothing against a sneaky toddler and chocolate milk. The milk flowed freely into the pillow and coushion, leaving a stain onto the foam and stuffing. It sure smelled like it was powerful stuff when applying but money would have been better spent getting a sofa cover.

Package was roughed up in shipping (see attached picture) %26 due to poor packing!

I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what but the odor is unbearably strong. I sprayed it an hour ago on my couch. I have two windows open to ventilate (it's November mind you) and it's still so strong I get dizzy when I walk in. Followed directions on can, sweeping motion over fabric, didn't linger long, one coat. Do not recommend.

This product caused a strong smell throughout our entire house, even though I only applied a light coat. The instructions are poorly written; they merely say "let it dry" without specifying how long that should take. It's unclear how to determine when it's fully dry. Additionally, it made the floor extremely slippery, but there are no directions on how to clean or remove the residue from the surface.
