Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield Spray, 10 oz

I bought this Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield Spray to make my shower window curtains more waterproof. The curtains were already labeled water‑resistant, but I wanted extra protection since the window curtains gets wet daily. After spraying them, water now beads up more - instead of soaking in. I also used it on the inside of my shower curtain, which used to stay damp and cause mold. This spray helps the water roll off and keeps everything cleaner and drier. It's easy to apply, doesn't leave residue, and really improves water repellency. Great product for anyone dealing with constant moisture. Just make sure you take your fabric and spray it outside of the house! And wear a mask! 😷 Your lungs will thank you.

I applied two light coats of Scotchguard Fabric Water Shield Spray outside on tan leather chukkas. After drying for about an hour they were maybe a shade darker. Spraying was simple and quick. I made a note to spray near the heel to see how much of a color change happened before doing the rest of the boots I wore them the next day and the color had returned almost to the original hue. So far the product has kept my boots clean from a coffee spill. That's pretty impressive since I didn't even wipe them off or anything! For the price, this is a great do it yourself option to help protect various types of fabrics. I specifically bought this Scotchguard spray because it was safe for leather and nubuck but I'll probably be using it on a lot more that I originally planned.

Use it on totes that I painted. Works great.

This year my daughter's cheer uniform is white… eek! I was so nervous trying to figure out how to keep it from getting dirty. This Scotch Guard helped so much! I sprayed it on after every wash and it so far has held up preventing stains from sticking! Will buy again!

I have used this product in the past and am so pleased with the way that it has protected my ivory-colored dining chairs. They are used every day, and food stains come off with a little clear dish soap and water. Because it has been at least two years, I decided to treat the upholstery again. In addition, I treated an occasional living room chair. The eight pieces used just over one can of product. I would stress that treatment should be done in a well-ventilated area, and the floor surrounding may become slick from overspray. Knowing this, I mopped the floor around the areas.

I use this to spray on my new clothes after work washing. I spray the front, the sleeve bottoms ,the neckline . Especially on tee Shirts. hems of my pants. this is a life saver. my clothes don't get stained up and last a lot longer. Great for upholstery,too. I always have a can of this on hand. great for fabric shoes,too

I applied two thin layers on the durabuck surface of my Skechers sneakers, and then walked in moderate to heavy rain. No leaking at all. I highly recommend the Scotchguard fabric water shield spray. It works wonders!!👍👍👍

I used this product on new Hoka Arahi 8 shoes. I masked the soles with masking tape. I sprayed a light coat then waited an hour and sprayed a second light coat. I let the shoes dry overnight. The next morning I sprinkled some water on the shoes and the water beaded up. I am very happy with the results. Be sure to spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated space.

Package was roughed up in shipping (see attached picture) %26 due to poor packing!

I was so excited to keep my brand new white sneakers, white by sealing them with this product. It needs to have a big disclaimer on the front that says may change the color of the fabric because my beautiful white sneakers are now a dingy off-white color. It says to test the fabric, but it's obvious that it changes the color. You can just see it on White more than you can on anything else so that's deceptive advertising and a bad product.
