Enjoyable and easy!
This is a great introduction to Tai Chi. It is very easy to follow the instructor, and the pace is excellent (not too slow; not too fast). This is also great for all ages. My 10 and 7 year old daughters love joining in and learning the Tai Chi routines in this DVD.

Tai chi
This form of exercise was recommended by the news media to help senior citizens. I am 66 and my husband 71 and it has helped a great deal. Great dvd.

Great just what I wanted for a tai chi dvd
Just got the dvd. It was just what I was looking for in a tai chi vidio. Short and sweet ,Easy to follow,Very relaxing and you can really feel the energy.

Time to try Tai Chi
I am 76 and this is my 3rd Scott Cole Tai Chi DVD. All are exceptionally easy to follow and Scott's personality is great for inspiring anyone to try the stress-relieving, graceful movements of Tai Chi. I've done both the am and pm workouts and love the flexibility. I have bad arthritis and Scott's dvds keep me moving every day.
