Walk to the Hits Party Songs (DVD)

I do NOT enjoy any form of exercise, but this makes me WANT to do it. It is very upbeat and fun. I wish it had more songs that I really like, but that doesn't even matter! The songs still make you want to move. The time goes by quickly when you're doing this, and it's quite enjoyable.

I recently had a bypass surgery and I needed something to help me stay active, continue to lose weight, be fun and easy on my knees and joints. Well, I'm happy to say that I whole-heartedly endorse any Leslie Sansone DVD! This one has great music and the people working out look like they are having a blast doing it (which keeps me motivated as well)! If you don't like exercise (like me) but need to do it, her videos will get you through it in no time flat. I am down 90 lbs from 340 to 250 and counting. I'm sure with the help of her many DVDs, I will achieve my weight goals.

I have all of Leslie Sansone Walk Tapes and this is by far, one of the best. The songs are all "new" and very catchy, plus there are some new moves. You will want to keep going when this video ends. Plus, you feel like you have a total workout when done.

I have been walking with Leslie for years and I own several of her walk DVD's. This is my favorite one of all. Love the upbeat music! 3 miles go by so fast! Lots of fun!

Has walking and cardio bursts intermittently. Definitely gets your heart pumping. Great 3 mile workout. Great for those that may not have time to get outside or by the gym.

This is one great dvd finised so fast that you do not even realize you are working out. 3 miles that goes so fast. Love it.

I absolutely love this video! I'm 60 years old, and am able to do it. Great intensity but with low impact! Thank you, Leslie!

Makes you want to excerise!

I enjoyed this dvd but the gaps with music kind of ruins the flow. And the music was so loud I had trouble make out what she was saying. Other then that great music keep me motivated to continue and finish. The HITT program was different I manage to make through with no problem. But the best reason to buy this dvd is there are NO knee lifts. My knees tend to hurt with so many knee lift. So that was a major plus to me.

I am a long time fan of Leslie Sansone. If you are persistent...you will lose. This tape is a higher energy workout. Still easy enough for anyone to do!! I'm sure it will also be good for weight loss.
