Leslie Sansone is the greatest! Her workouts are very good and these new ones are even better. I definitely needed these new ones for change if nothing else, but, it is definitely a workout along with the other two that I purchased with this one. Keep up the GREAT workouts Leslie!

Leslie Sansone's videos are a great way to work out. Especially convenient for seniors to be able to work out from the comfort of your home, at any time of the day. I like her videos because there are no complicated moves to follow, yet you are in constant motion from beginning to end and will certainly work up a sweat! Some videos are more challenging than others. Be sure to start with the one-mile, then two, then three, etc. There are also videos for upper body and lower body workouts, I have several and alternate my workouts. This specific video even includes a stretch band for upper body workouts.

I had 1 of Leslie's 1st VHS tape back in the day and it was ok...I used to walk outside but because of coyotes and fox and decided I need to take this inside and thought I would try Leslie's workout again! I love this I feel great, I've had this product for 2 days and just tried this morning and it's a great workout, you sweat like crazy, my arms are soar but not terrible...I feel like I did something..I highly recommend this product...I can't wait for the weight to just come off :-)

I bought this as a gift for my daughter who has been working out trying to lose weight from pregnancy. It was a hit and I even was motivated to get up and Walk, Walk, Walk. You definitely get a great work out and she does it in intervals so you can do a quick ten minute segment or do more based on your time. Great purchase.

This is a great workout for me. I alternate between this video and the Walk Away Your Waistline featuring the walk belt every week.

This dvd arrived damaged and coated with something all over the back of it. As for the dvd itself, it's not my favorite of Leslie's. It's too broken up and not as fluid as some of the others that are easier to walk to and follow along with.

This disc (which is the third one ordered) has a small crack from the centre out but am not sure if it will affect the playing of same. MAy have to send it back.
