Leslie Sansone: Walk It Off In 30 Days (DVD)

If you love Leslie, you will love these work outs. So thankful she is still going and giving us the best she has! I feel so energized after I exercise with her. And it doesn't take long so that is great when you are busy. Leslie is one of the few instructors on exercise videos that I do not get annoyed with. She makes me think I am part of her fitness family.

I have many of Leslie's videos. I like this one because she's added some new steps, there are new faces and she's just really trying to update everything. You can boost or lower your level of exertion just by your moves...deep squats, adding weights, stretching further with your legs. You can also just have music and block her voice. I've found it's the safest exercise for me now and with prolapse definitely doesn't aggravate it as long as you keep neutral spine and pull in your stomach.

I have been working out with Leslie Sansone's videos on and off for a few years . When I saw the video for this particular one I was at a point where I was eager to get back on track with my weight-loss journey....and having a "challenge" was ideal for me. This video is ABSOLUTELY every thing I expected....and even more! The Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday firming and toning covered what seems like every muscle in my body. I was sore and we all know that's a good thing! I'm getting up in age and I love the fact that Leslie's videos are easy enough for the older/mature user....but still challenging enough to help you meet your goal and see results. Once again Leslie has come through for me!!!!!

I HAVE A LOT OF LESLIE DVDS , I'VE BEEN WALKING WITH HER DVDS FOR 2 YEARS, AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST OF HER DVDS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED. LOVE, LOVE SUPER LOVE THIS DVD, BUT YOU GOT TO BE QUICK, AND MOVE FAST.

I like both 30 minute sessions, the weight training is the most difficult for me, since I do not like floor work. But after the work out I feel re-energized and sore. The speed walking portion is also a workout, but since I've been walking with Leslie for quite sometime it's not as difficult for me. But I love both 30 minute sessions. I've also noticed a change in just a couple of weeks.

Excellent video to workout with. Nice pace and you know you have done something when your finished.

This is a great video and really gets your heart rate up. After a couple of weeks of doing it, it was no longer much of a challenge. If you just bump up Leslies moves, it can still be a good workout. I try to jog when she walks and I bounce longer and always do skater move instead of side steps. Leslie has helped me lose 25 pounds, so I highly recommend her videos to anyone.

I like the video! Leslie has amp'd up the cardio but I think the weight training needs to be more extensive. What she has of weight training is good but I think you nee more than one set of certain exercises.

Just got this online. Tried it out based on the reviews. Its alright. It wasn't totally what I was expecting. I was wanting more out of my "weight" time without falling behind on my steps... I try to get in a certain amount of steps each day which is why I use Leslies dvd's alot....I just thought the weights would be used more than they were.....I have only done the First 30 minutes and haven't done the 2nd portion yet. But the first half is pretty much just walking with weights in your hand. I just thought it would do more than that. So far I just rate it average.
