SHAM
What this 'business' did was shipped a thank you envelope, with claims it was the soil that was shipped, but the shipping weight only said one ounce. A large bag of soil weighs a lot more than that. Who ships a thank you card with Fedex or UPS. My guess is they wanted me to think the soil was lost somewhere. They claim they shipped the soil separately, but couldn't provide me a tracking number for it, because "it was damaged". Damaged items have tracking numbers too, but they wouldn't provide it. I got a refund from Walmart. Do not waste time with this person. Sham.

Not what was ordered/advertised
I couldn't find this regular topsoil anywhere within miles where I live, all I can find is the soil conditioner from Scott's. Using it for a gecko enclosure so I just need the regular topsoil. So I ordered what was advertised as Premium Topsoil, and instead of the premium topsoil, I received the topsoil lawn and garden soil conditioner. This is not what was ordered, pictured, or advertised.

I didn't like this product, full of wood. It doesn't have any real soil in it. Might be good for mulch.
