If you follow the instructions on the product, you will have new grass and fill bare spots quickly, not overnight as some would like but within a few days you will see growth. Continue to water and pay attention to weather and it works.

Price was excellent, i felt. used in front entry to home. Was perfect for the need I was hoping for, quick coverage, quick growing. Still in growing stage, but great coverage so far. Impressed.

Works as advertised. Would recommend.

I did everything I was supposed to do and I got nothing. I was doing 1000 sq ft. I used a rototiller, put down Scott's turf builder, mixed in garden soil, manure, over seeded it, raked the seed in, then put a small amount of top soil on top and watered it religiously. Three sometimes 4 times a day. Never over watered it. After 2 weeks, I had nothing but a small patch growing. Now I have to start all over again with a different seed. I watched a video where a guy tried three different seeds and it didn't come up for him either. What did come up for him was Pennington smart seed. I am going to try that.
