The product is well made, no question. However, I have issues using it in windy conditions—spreading becomes difficult. The materials we spread on our lawns are chemicals, and I noticed that when spreading in the wind, they blow away and do not distribute properly. In addition, there is a high chance of inhaling them, which is not healthy. Therefore, I prefer using a drop spreader instead.

What do you mean licensed pest control technician in the state of Texas and we usually get either shakers or the Manuel ones where you gotta turn with your hand. I especially love this particular brand because it's easy. There's no assembly required unless you're putting batteries in it because battery operated and depending on how much you use depend on how often you need to change your batteries if you're using it for actual pest control working at a company and you're using it for residential or you'll need to change the batteries more often I do commercial pest control right now so I do not use it as often, but I still love it

I wanted this to avoid pushing my large barrel of seed throughout my yard due to back issues. This was a perfect size and great for addressing small areas. My only negative is that it needs to be refilled often because of its size. But ya can't have everything. Easy cleanup. I still highly recommend it.

Haven't used it yet but I know it will be better than the old hand cranked one I have. Also seem well built, we shall see when I spread pelletized lime.

I had one of these for 10 years. Last year, I forgot and left the batteries in it, so this year, I paid for that mistake. I have no doubt this will last another 10 years! Then I will be 80 and probably won't be using it anymore! lol

This has saved my bad back!!! Very easy to use and not too heavy filled with ice melt. I also use it with fertilizer on my yard. It's a very helpful item. I would buy again!

me %26 my girlfriend was looking at 1000 acres of alfalfa to plant, we wuz young %26 stupid😬we were barely able to save up to purchase this machine before planting season commenced.. But hear me out ! we planted so many acres with this machine that it actually ended up saving the human race ! 🤓 sure it was a lot of work, would i ever do it again ? who knows ! let me just see how appreciated i feel coming off this huge W ! 🧐

When I put my seat in it did not start spreading my seed it was stuck or something the wheel was spinning however my seed was not spreading until I bumped it with my palm and it dumped most of my seed in one place 😔 Now I have to buy another bag of seed in order to replace what I lost they did not get covered. Otherwise it worked very well once it started working properly.

item arrived damaged and it is proving impossible to go thru walmart customer service to get it replaced. i returned it to FedEx as directed and replacement still has not been shipped out. spoke to an operator and he that the replacement item got lost in transit. however when looking online it says that one would arrive in two days if bought new. the product was 34.99 and would be charged 6.99 shipping for not meeting the 35 dollar threshold when ordered and that there is nothing they can do to reship the item to me to replace the damaged unit.
