I love this clay. Not only easy to work with, but holds detail beautifully. Use chalk pastels and paint easily. The slight translucency give it a beautiful finish
First time user. First time sculpting. Very happy with the results so far.
Our studio makes small anatomical body parts for sculptures. This works great for us. Its pliable, and finishes strong. Its the ONLY polymer we use for our products.
I bought this Living Doll Sculpey about 6 weeks ago and have used it several times to make doll faces. The texture is unbelievablely smooth. Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got several packs if Living Doll as a gift one Christmas. It's great for making a smooth, skin-like texture with soft details. It doesn't hold fine details as well as Super Sculpey, but it does smooth out more easily for a seamless look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am definitely going to buy this clay again, it is both soft and can handle many small details, as well as being very easy to blend with just your fingers or tools. I attached some pictures of figurines I made with this clay!
Great to have another color option. I LOVE Sculpey Living Doll clay. Mix in varying ratios with the other living doll shades to achieve endless possibilities! I do add a little bit of cadmium red pigment to this Espresso shade because it's a rather cool tone as is. It brings my sculptures to life!
My only sculpting clay for my dolls! Always perfect color, texture and a real pleasure to sculpt with.
I love you can play and restart if you need to start again, You can bake and re-bake if you need too.
I really like living doll polymer clay, I choose it because it is the nicest clay for fine features. I give it a three rating because when I work with it it seems to get sticky . After several trials I found that if I mold the object I want to create with simple features then bake it. then carve detail with an exacto knife. This clay carves very well. It seems my hands get to warm hence the sticky clay. I have tried the other Sculpey clays, they are good but for me living doll stays firm longer than the other ones.
